Is your team stuck in a rut? Are you running into the same issues over and over again with no resolution? Are you feeling like you’ve stopped making meaningful progress?

We’ve designed workshops to help uncover team and communication dynamics that are hiding under the surface. These have been described as “the quantum leap after the 360 reviews.”
You’ll work in partnership with horses (facilitated by Jocelyn) to get pure, unbiased feedback about your leadership, presence and team dynamic. The experiential nature of the work helps the lessons become embodied and accessible for weeks or months afterwards.
Leadership–Individuals
We offer workshops for individuals who want to understand themselves and others better and lead with confidence.
This is not about learning leadership techniques in order to look like a good leader. This is deep work for becoming a great leader.
